Return & Refund Policy

Fresh flowers should last between 3 and 7 days, although this depends on type of the flower, climate conditions and care for flowers.

Should your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us at (02) 9797 9343 immediately, if we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Mona Lisa Florist will be happy to resend a new set of flowers. Mona Lisa Florist reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Please contact us at (02)97979343 if there is any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers.

If the recipient receives damaged or sub-standard flowers, please contact us at (02) 9797 9343 immediately so that we can arrange one of the following: (1) re-send on the next available delivery date; or (2) a full or partial refund.

If customers are unsatisfied with the flowers and do not contact us within 48 hours, the refund and redelivery will not be accepted.

However, Mona Lisa will not offer both refund and resend.

If a refund or redelivery has been approved, this will be done usually within 24-48 hours.

Refunds will only be made in the original payment method.

Change of mind returns on any of our products is not accepted by Mona Lisa Florist. In order to qualify for returns or refunds there must be some fault with either the product or the service provided.
